Order Processing Times

Once you've placed your order, give us 1-3 business days to get it ready and pass it on to our shipping carrier. When your order is on its way to you, it's considered dispatched. During busy seasons like holidays, this might take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

After dispatch, how fast your order gets to you depends on where you are. Here’s a rough guide based on your country:

United States: 7-12 Business Days
United Kingdom: 5-9 Business Days
Canada: 5-9 Business Days
New Zealand: 5-9 Business Days
Australia: 5-9 Business Days

Remember, during busy times like holidays, or if you’re ordering from overseas, shipping might take a bit longer due to delays at the carrier or customs.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Make sure your shipping details are correct when you check out. If there’s a mistake, it could delay your order or even lead to cancellation. If we spot a potential error, we’ll email you within 3 business days of your order to check. If we don’t hear back in time, we might have to cancel your order.

Spotted a mistake in your shipping details? Email us at support@preisol.com within 24 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best to fix it, but we can’t make any promises after that 24-hour window.

When Delays Happen

We get it – you want your order, and you want it now. We’re on it, but sometimes things happen that are out of our hands, like courier delays or severe weather. If there’s a hiccup with your order, like a stock issue or a payment problem, we’ll let you know ASAP.

Just remember, Preisol isn’t responsible for delays caused by things we can’t control. But no matter what, we’ll always keep you in the loop and do our best to sort things out.

Missing Packages?

Losing a package is a bummer, and theft is even worse. If it happens, contact us at support@preisol.com and we’ll help you out. You should also get in touch with the courier to file a claim. If the package doesn’t turn up, we might be able to send you a replacement, depending on the situation.
