Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, which is why we allow for order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase. Beyond this window, fulfilling your request might be challenging as your order would have progressed to the processing stage. Rest assured, if you cancel within the allotted 24 hours, your refund will be processed within the next 7 business days.

At Preisol, we have full confidence in our products and their ability to bring you relief. We encourage a trial period of at least 14 days to fully experience the benefits. If you’re not completely satisfied, you’re welcome to return the product within the 60-day guarantee period and get a full refund for the purchase. Please note, however, that any shipping fees incurred are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Our products are meticulously packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. An item is deemed damaged if it arrives with defects or is physically broken. Please note that damage to the packaging during shipping, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as product damage.

Should you receive a damaged item, report it to us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@preisol.com, attaching clear photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and determine if you qualify for a complimentary replacement. Please understand that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot be held accountable for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping issues. For any delivery-related concerns, please contact the courier directly. Preisol is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
